We are an Internet-based clothing retailer that understands the value of offering our customers the best for less. Our online store means that our overhead costs are low. In turn, we are able to pass the savings along to you. We are able to spend more time designing the best fashions and offering unbeatable customer service, and we spend less time worrying about overhead costs. Shipping
Orders will be shipped within approximately 7 days after the payment has cleared. If there are any delays, we'll let you know by e-mail. Shipping is done via United States Postal service and can take 2-7 days (or longer). We print everything to order.
If you did not give us a valid e-mail address or spelled it wrong, you will have not been able to receive information from us. This is why it's so important to give us a proper, working e-mail address. If it's beyond the estimated delivery time frame, e-mail us at: contactus@badaxegear.com to let us know. We will arrange a reprint & reshipment.
After completing an order, an Order Confirmation will be e-mailed to the address entered on the Billing Info page. Postage is based by weight and destination location pre determined by the United States Postal Service.
Payments
We accept PayPal, Debit Cards (Though PayPal), Credit Cards (Though PayPal), Money Orders and personal checks. If you don't have a PayPal account, there are two ways to make a payment. You can either click on the PayPal link and follow the prompts to use your Debit/Credit Card, or you can send an order in the mail. Just click the “Print and Call” option on the Payment page. Send your order to us, along with your address and make a check or money order payable to Bad Axe Gear. We can only accept payment in U.S. Dollars.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order, return the item(s) to us along with your invoice and write on the invoice the problem and/or the size you need. Please ensure you return the item(s) to us unwashed, folded and packaged neatly. We can't print a new shirt for you until we've received your returned shirt. We offer one (1) size exchange free of charge. Please note: if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address and this causes your order not to be delivered, we reserve the right to wait until the order is returned to us by the mail service before reshipping your order.
